Set all SCR equipment items and fabricated and installed all associated SCR and equipment piping. Rebuild of air heaters and ID fans. Calibration and installation of all instrumentation items. Loaded catalyst in the SCR modules and installed seal assemblies. Managed field subcontracts for field painting, and insulation / lagging. Provided startup services. Erected pre-engineered buildings and roofing / siding.

Each Compartment is approximately 36 feet x 30 feet and 30 feet tall, 2,000 feet of weld each seal on inside and outside, 4 sonic horns, 2 walkways, 900 bags 12 inch in diameter and 30 feet long attached by a clamp to thimbles top and bottom. Hopper was in 9 pieces 8 flat with a shop fabricated cone. 30 feet square and 24 feet tall with 1,000 feet of seal weld each hopper.
